Personality Profile

We each have an individual perspective on the world and a particular way of interacting with others. By understanding our preferences and styles, we gain self-awareness and are better equipped to build positive relationships and to seek the opportunities that will bring us the most fulfillment.

The Myers Briggs model of personality types breaks down our preferences into four categories:

  • Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I):  Where do you get your energy?
  • Sensing (S) or Intuition (N):  How do you receive information?
  • Thinking (T) or Feeling (F):  How do you weigh decisions?
  • Judgment (J) or Perception (P):  How do you prefer to structure your life?

Based on these categories, there are 16 possible four-letter combinations representing 16 distinct personality types.
